Happily recorded in my home studio! This is my most technical/shred cd to date. Here I experimented with odd time signatures (On the Beach and The Big Picture) and with a Roland GR33 guitar synth module (all keyboard sounds and the solos on On the Beach). The overall idea for this album was writing songs beginning with the melodies. The Brave Melody was another experiment where I wrote a four bar theme and developed it six times in very different ways; it’s a melodic journey for the listener to follow the six variations.
